📦 Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

🚚 Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote and difficult-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable Cash on Delivery charges will also be displayed before order confirmation.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, PIN code, and other delivery information are correct when placing your order.

Lumona is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or unavailable recipient.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

📦 Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For damaged or incorrect products, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

🔄 Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to our fulfillment partner, we may contact you to arrange a new delivery where applicable.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping a returned order.
